To be fit

Everyone feels that to be healthy and fit, one should go for the gym and practice exercise. But this is not true. Some work outs at home help everyone to be fit and healthy. The simple work that you do in your daily life at the home is also a kind of exercise. Here are some works that keeps you fit and healthy:

Laundry lifts:

A laundry basket full of clothes is also serves as an arm exercise apparatus. Hold the basket above your head and lift it upwards and down. This helps you to be fit when you practice at least 3 times a day. If the basket is too heavy, just take out some clothes and do this exercise. This exercise works your shoulder, upper arms and upper back muscles.

Stair Climbing

You can workout the exercise by simply climbing the stairs. You can step up onto the first stair, and then back down. Repeat this at least ten times per day. You can also walk up the first two stairs and then come down. When you feel dizzy or winded just stop walking for few seconds and then start slowly.
